The Deli Cook is responsible for producing quality food, accurately following recipes, completing assigned production lists, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. In addition they may be called upon to stock, maintain and clean deli sales floor display and service areas as well as receiving orders and maintaining all deli food storage areas. The cook may also participate in packing and labeling food for deli sale using accurate and sanitary techniques. All Deli staff assist in achieving departmental and storewide goals.
